The month of April brought very little rain, but it brought us a lot of new babies.

We were fortunate to have 2 newborn Sable Antelope calves, both females, born this April. They are named, Flower and… April.

Along with Sable Antelope, we were also amazed to find an early arrival one morning. Sarah had a beautiful foal on April 21. She is one of several critically endangered Grevy’s Zebras that we are trying to breed in captivity to sustain the species. There are less than 2,000 of these beautiful zebra species left in the world.

We are expecting 2 more of these great animals this year at B Bryan Preserve in Point Arena, CA. A great way to spend a vacation in Northern California, Mendocino County.
