$250/night plus Tax
2 night minimum. All prices are subject to change and do not include applicable taxes.
Check in is anytime after 3:00 pm. We leave your check in information on the front door of the main house in a blue cabinet so you can check in late. Grab the pamphlet, read the directions and rules and head out to your cottage. Check out is by 11:00 am.
Lodging cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of your arrival date. We will be happy to refund your payment, less a $50 cancellation fee, if you notify us at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date.
Maximum occupancy 2 people. You will be charged $50/person/night for 1 extra person. Children are expected to be quiet and calm around the animals and keep noise to a minimum to not bother other guests. For the safety of our animals, guests are NEVER allowed to walk around the preserve.
PLEASE REMEMBER: No outside animals or pets are allowed due to the risk to our animals and yours. Please adhere to the policy.

Guest Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk
By visiting B Bryan Preserve, all guests agree to comply with all preserve rules, instructions, and safety guidelines. Guests understand that direct contact with animals is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by preserve staff. By entering the property, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their visit and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless B Bryan Preserve, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to their visit, except where prohibited by law.
